I went to their web site to request a call back on transmission problem. The site said to expect 2 business days for reply. A week later I called only to be told by a very rude man that they don't do estimates, only tell you when they have your tranny apart what it will cost. When pushed for a ball park figure a quick $3000 - $5000 snotty reply. Their ads say they are customer orientated, a bold face lie.
I found this company on one of my VW blog sites. I needed a rebuilt valve body for my 01M transmission. They offered a Five Year Warranty which I thought was outstanding. I also ordered an alleged ""tested"" wiring harness. I got the package in a reasonable time. I opened it up and took it to my transmission specialist and he pointed out that the valve body was dry and was dirty. He also found rust on one side and one solenoid was loose. He also noticed the wiring harness was broken in 3 places! He told me that every valve body he has ever ordered is covered in oil. This one was dry as a bone.
I have repeatedly called the company and left messages but no return call. I emailed them twice and sent photos of the valve body. NO REPLY. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charges and have sent the valve body back demanding a refund. I intend to go to my auto blogs and warn everyone of this company!
