I own and operate La's Recycling Center and process scrap metal where a baler is an essential need of my operation. On September 26,2012 a contract was entered by me and Quality Recycling Equipment to purchase a Lollini AL6000 Baler for the purchase price of $245,000, with Quality Recycling Equipment acting as a broker for Lollini. The contract stated that purchase price would be split into two payments. With the down payment being $50,000 and the remaining $195,000 to be paid upon delivery . In the meantime it was agreed that a Lollini Max 500 would be provided to me after four weeks of my deposit of $50,000 to serve my temporary needs until the Lollini AL6000 which was to arrived 120 days after the deposit was made. I made a deposit of $50,000 on 9/28/2012 and didn't receive the Lollini Max 500 after four weeks as a promised and made several attempts to contact Doug King , of Quality Recycling Equipment. He informed me that if I was to wire transfer him another $23,500 that it would be a guarantee that the Lollini AL6000 would be provided to me. On 12/20/2012 I went ahead and wired the money, and to this date have yet to receive any baler at all. I have made several attempts of communication through email, and phone calls and have had all correspondence ignored.
