As a thank you for being a loyal at&t customer for taking a brief survey on your service with att&t we would like to offer you, your choice of 1 0f 6 prizes and all you have to pay is the shipping. i chose a $279.00 WATCH WITH SHIPPING CHARGES OF $5.99, WHICH MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ON JUNE 7. the watch when recieved was a cheap watch worth $5.99, not $279.00. on june 24 my credit card was charged $95.00. when i called on thurs july 9, i was told that the $5.99 was for shipping and that the $95.00 was the cost of the watch. i ask for a refund and was told that was not their dept that i would have to contact the support dept, and that they would discontinue futher shipments. i told him that i wanted to give him a chance to fix this before i turn him in as a ripoff company.
I filled oun a online survey that popped up on my computer. After completing the survey I had a choice of several gifts that I could recieve by simply paying the shipping charges.
I was instructed to use a credit card to pay the shipping charges. After a few weeks I redeived the watch in the mail, it wasn't much , but worth the $5.99. When I got my next credit card bill I found I was charged$90.00 for the watch.
I then contacted my credit card co and had the charge removed. However QAWatches sent them documentation as to where I ordered a risk free trial with a cancellation calause and time limit to complete. I had never seen this information until it was sent to me by my credit card co.
They then reentered the charge with my card co and I am still in the process of working it out with them.
I saw this add on Amazon and used my Chase Credit Card to purchase an eqwatch for an absurd $5.00. They sent the watch which worked except for the wrist band. Now they are charging my credit card for $95.00 which was not stated in their add.
I saw several reports on your sight about qawatches two days ago which described the same thing that happened to me. Now I can't locate these reports. I want to refer them to Chase Bank as a dispute.
I got a survay when i went to meijer.com and after i filled out the survey i was promopted to recieve a free girt. i chose the watch and it said all i would have to do is pay the S&H. The S&H was 5.95 and i thought it was a good deal. Now 3 weeks later i am getting charged 95.00 for the watch. i don't think its worth that and will gladly send it back for my money back.
