I order from Purr Box Incorporated through their Ebay store. A week after order I received an empty envelope with no product. I emailed them. I apologized and promised to mail it with a gift by one day mail. That was over a week agao. I have tried to contact them with no response. I now started the refund proccess and open a case against them through Ebay. Still no rsponse from the. Now I have notice they have done the same thing to another buyer; sent an empty box.
