We ordered 5 canvases through groupon from this company in early November. we were told shipment would take 2-3 weeks to receive the canvasses. Dec. 6th they emailed us saying that they sold too many groupons and were losing money because a wood shipment did not come in from Canada, and therefore could not fill the groupon orders and would supply refunds to all customers within 14 days. on Dec 21st we called looking for where our refund was and were told that they were in fact filling groupon orders for all Canadian customers once their wood shipment arrived in early January. It is now the end of January and we have not received any canvasses, we are out almost $400 and their phone lines either ring busy or send you into an automated loop that is not possible to reach a human being or leave a message. Their website still appears to be able to take new orders so whatever you do, DO NOT order a canvas from this company or you will flat out just lose your money. Where's my canvasses or my money? We have been waiting since Nov. 11th. Why isn't your phone working? No communication, no canvasses, no refund and I'm out almost $400. If you have gone out of business, why does your website still allow people to purchase canvasses? Thats FRAUD!
I purchased a groupon for this canvas print store to turn my family picture into a canvas on November 1st. I went to the website and placed my order and also paid for shipping. On November 14th I contacted the company stating I had never received a receipt of purchase nor shipping confirmation since the canvas was to be sent out in 7-10 days, which had passed. The man on the line stated that they did have my order and it would be shipped out the following week. I had asked for him to send me the receipt and shipping information and he said he would. On November 23 I had still not received any information regarding my order. I contacted them via their Facebook page and stated my concern after seeing others who had the same issue. They gave me these following responses:

On this day, December 5th, I have no canvas and no information of my order. They have now tried to delete customer complaints on their Facebook page and set their phone number listed on their website to go straight to voicemail. From other complaints from customers I have gathered, they have also failed to respond to any emails sent. They cut off all communications with their customers who have been waiting over a month to month and a half for their order with no receipt or shipping information. Therefore, I am declaring that this company must be a scam and would not recommend any person to do business with them.
