I ordered this product through the internet because it stated 30 day trial. However, when I received the product, the billing receipt said 14 day trial. I read the other and realized that I don't want to be charged $88 for a FREE trial offer. I called and cancell the product, but now I have to pay to have it shipped back to them by February 9th. If they do not receive the product back, they said that I will still be billed for it. So instead of getting a good deal on this product, I am having to play more just to cancel and return it. NOT WORTH BUYING.

I truly believed this was an Australian Website. Checked my bank account and 2 transactions of $198.00 are due to go to this mob. Cant believe I could be so stupid to fall for this. Bank cant stop the transactions other than cancelling my card. My only reference on the box is REF: 1908625252. No receipt or invoice. HAVE EMAILED FOR FULL RETURN OF MY MONEY. Will be disputing this with my Financial Institution shortly :(

My order went through on December 1st. In the Terms and Conditions it gives you 14 days to cancell your subscription or you can extend the trial offer due to delayed delivery. My package did not arrive on time, but rather 3 days after. Not knowing of the possible extenstion, I blindly got billed for $87.75 for BOTH Pure Slim Garcinia and Pro Green Coffee!
I was so taken back because my bank account was now below zero. Of course the customer service hours are on Pacific time but I am on the East Coast. So I had to wait to call.
1. The Pure Slim Garcinia customer service rep tried her hardest and got me a 50% refund (I was still very unhappy, but it was better than the Pro Green Coffee). They couldn't extend my trial offer which is completely ridiculous and they couldn't refund me the whole amount because I took the seal off of the pill bottle so it is considered "open" even though I hadn't taken a single pill.
2. Still furious from the previous phone call, I called the Pro Green Coffee customer service line. This lady was completely unprofessional with her tone and conduct. I stated everything that happened and asked her to please refund me the money. She refused to budge on her decision. I even asked to talk with her manager and she said he would say the same things she was saying. The only thing she could do was cancel my subscription. Oh, and she offered to send me another month of pills "for free".
I told her that her partner company (Pure Slim Garcinia) even gave me a 50% discount and if they could do the same courtesy because I was only 2 days late from the trial offer and because the delivery took longer than 2 days. She still wouldn't budge. I couldn't keep arguing with someone so incompetent. So I accepted the cancellation. Just as I was getting off the phone, she offered a 10% discount (her employee discount; $8). I accepted but was thinking, if you can give me $8, why can't you just refund the entire thing?
I am highly upset at these two companies and definitely will not be ordering from either of them no matter how good their product is. Both customer service reps were rude (Pro Green being the more rude of the two).
I advise anyone not to buy from these companies. They are just looking to sucker people in and bill them without notice. Their Terms and Conditions are not very well advertised and the people at these companies are completely disrespectful.
Hey had a promotion online if you paid 4.95 for shipping and handling you would get a free 30 day trail of this product but 2 weeks later they charged me on the same card 87.84 i called and talked to customer service they said if you do not call within 2 wk to cancel they would charge you. now when i purchased this it said it was free how did free become 87.84. the lady said i didn't read fine print so i got burnt and you no i am 42 years old and this is the first time i ever ordered off internet and after this never will again for this company. it may gain money in beginning but in the long run they have burnt there customers and word of mouth and internet will get them in the end.

it should say someing more of free for 14 days if not completely satisfied, return product for full refund - otherwise we will charge you $87 for the product we sent you.

The original offer was for a free sample of pur slim garcinia and of the pro green coffee for $4.95 and I was subsequently charged the following month for $87.95 for an autoship. They said you have to call an cancel by phone before 30 days or they charge you. This is not made clear when ordering!!!! Recently I got ANOTHER charge for the pro green coffee for another $87.95! I was told that it is separate company and I was to have called that company to cancel that order as well. The phone numbers have only one number difference and I was not told that I had to make two separate calls for each. VERY MISLEADING and DISHONEST!!!!! I am contesting the charge on my card. She said I could return the product but for only $74.00 refund!!! These people are not telling the truth and lying to people about how the ordering works when initially buying. Also I was charged for the pro green coffee before I have even recieved it!!!
