Found two charges on my Debit card from June 30 by Pure Life Garcinia for 84.95 and 83.95.
Contacted the company and told them I never ordered or recevied anything from them.
They refused to refund the charges.
They claim I ordered some pills and a monthly subscription to something, but it was not done over the internet. I was not told how the pills were ordered, only told that it was not an internet order.
I told them I ordered nothing, and that they should show me this order form I filled out. The company stated they didn't have that information.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told they were all too busy.
I asked for my payment details and anything else to be removed from their system. I was told that cannot be done as my name was not used for the order. I asked what name was on the order, and it was a girl's name with my last name.
The name on the account is not me, or any of my family members.
I was told that if I go to the US Postal service with the tracking number and file a claim for not receving the pills, I could get the claim number and use that to ask for a refund.
Since I never ordered or received anything I had to ask a lot to get the tracking number.
Called US Postal service and was told the tracking number was invalid. Checked with UPS and FEDEX and was told the same. Called pure life again and was told that is the tracking number.
