I responded to the company's advertisement to try one of their products and all I would have to do is pay the shipping fees. Shortly after, the company placed unauthorized charges on my debit card and I had a difficult time contacting the company to dispute the unauthorized charges and the company's customer service line was useless.
A friend referred me to Business Consumer Alliance and I filed a complaint and they contacted the company on my behalf and got my money back for me. You may consider contacting Business Consumer Alliance. They may be able to assist you as well.

I also ordered the "trial" version without being told that I would then be charged $89.95. I was charged this amount LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AFTER THE "TRIAL" VERSION!!!!! I called in to cancel and let them know I could NOT use any of the product as I had high blood pressure just diagnosed and would need to return everything. I was NOT given a chance to return the unopened product nor was I told my charges were reversed. I told them I would go through my credit card since they were not being helpful to me ....and that is what I will do (along with a note from my doctor).
I ordered the free trial as well for 4.95, and didn't receive my bottle until like almost a week later. I was then charged the 89.95. When I called to complain the guy tried to upgrade my account to VIP after I told him I wanted it canceled. Then he told me I didn't not give it long enough to work. I then requested to cancel the account I didn't know I had, and wanted my money back when he advised me that it was a 12 day period.Hung on me when I started to complain about the price and trial time.
To cancel auto-fill that charges my credit card monthly (14 days after initial trial is ordered), company requires me to pay postage to return the trial product I paid for and also pay a $5.95 restocking fee. The company makes it very difficult to avoid being charged another $80+ after trial is ordered.

I received a call from michael kennedy from la jolla offering a profitable internet marketing business that the company would set up promising an 80/20 split. The catch? Set up a lead funnell-double opt-in leads he called it. All i had to do was purchase 20,000 leads at $1 each through fresh and qualified a lead company in la. I suspect that kennedy and his cohorts own the lead company. I was to set up a bogus website to sell garcinia cambogia, a weight loss product popularized by dr. Oz. They did actually eventually set up a website, but it was totally useless. There was a sign-in place for visitors to get a newsletter, but that link went nowhere and they never told me how to set it up. Fortunately i did not follow up with them. Prior to discussing costs with me, they asked me detailed questions about my financial status and credit card limits. I then spoke to jack ryan, one of kennedy's assistants. He stated that his team would set up everything for me and i had to send kennedy a cashiers check for 20% of your profits as payment after the initial launch with an roi of an average of 8%. This sounded pretty wild at the time, and i unfortunately bought into it.
For the next couple weeks, i worked with his "team" to get ready for a big launch on december 4, 2014. They helped do my website, get set up with aweber for autoresponse etc. Michael asked meif i had a lead funnel but i didn't have any I said i only had facebook/twitter leads). He said i would need to purchase them thru freshandqualified.com at $1 each, and that they generally don't take orders under 20,000. He explained "leads" were better than "traffic" as the conversion rate was much higher. I couldn't afford that, but maybe i could do 10,000. He then made "special arrangements" with this company to get me that "low amount" because he had a "good relationship" with them. I fedexed several cashiers checks to fresh and qualified over a period of about two weeks. Little did i know that this was a total scam. On the launch date his team sent me a cvs file with the leads, and my "campaign manager" jack ryan took me through a step by step process to get set up with zicara as the email blaster. After the first launch nothing happened. There were no purchases, no commission, nothing. Mark navi told me it was a problem with the cover email letter which i chose from a list of 10 letters. Another red flag. If this program was so good, why did they need to rewrite the emails?
Michael kennedy, who has stated he owns 15 cars, said i needed a "dedicated server" relaunch. He just "happened" to have an expert in email marketing named "brian jacobs" visiting that day who might be able to help me out. Jacobs came on the phone and said he would comandeer my campaign, that he had years of experience making millions of dollars. He also had a "relationship" with fresh and qualified, and he would get me "fresh leads" and use of their direct server which normally cost "millions of dollars." he would also get a high-end copywriter at $500/word to rewrite my advertising copy, but would only "save" my account if i did all this. The copywriter and the the server would cost another $10,000. I said i'd think about it.
Mark navi then contacted me to setup up another campaign which i realize now was totally bogus and had no chance in hell of success. Well i am signing my name. It's wayne salvatore.
As if to add insult to injury, michael kennedy said he'd come out of retirement this once to teach me several money making systems over a period of several months. He wanted another $10,000 so i said no.
I too got caught with the Garcinia Cambogia company. I ordered the TRIAL PACK and I understood that I only needed to pay for package and posting. Within two weeks this fraudulent company took a further £89.00 from the credit card that I'd used to pay the P& P.without my permission. I contacted my bank (Lloyds Bank) over this and they kindly informed me they couldn't recall the payment, nor reimburse me due to the fact I had given my credit card details to this unscrupulous company. I returned the unopened package back to Garcinia Cambogia explaining my disgust and concern of their practices. After many emails you guessed it NO REPLY and NO REIMBURSEMENT/REFUND EITHER!!!
My advice is to notify you card issuer and request to stop your card details so this company cannot get any more money from your account. Ask your bank to issue a fresh card with a different number so Garcinia can't access it. It worked for me. BUT still no refund 9 months on. Crooks.
How can I get in touch with these people numbers don't work & they won't respond by email they took 79.95 x 2 22 out of my bank acct..I'm disables and on fixed income they have caused me major problems with my bank..I sent the used portion back with there label still nothing
