After I heard so much about the company via local commercials, i did some research. My first discovery was that there is no stock symbol / ID registered with the stock exchange. I then soon discovered the only Information I could research was from its own website and not an outside independent analysis.The Internal feedback from current/former employees was and is terrible. my final discovery was that indeed they lost their Los Angeles location for various financial reasons. this could possibly be one of the biggest Heist in Los Angeles, eyes wide open. consumers should be aware and complete all research before completing any financial business agreements with any potential stock investments.
My reason for researching this company was due to my interest in purchasing their $1.00 stock. I cannot find suffiecient information/reviews to feel comfortable purchasing the stock.
If you try to purchase it for a dollar they will tell you you need to purchase a minimum of 100 shares. There is NO public information of the actual valuation of this place except what they themselves tell you on their own websites.
They have no stock symbol and a friend of mine said she was on their facebook page to look up what she could find - and the page is filled with bot and plants sent there to hype the company and promote it with infomercial like comments.
I cant say I KNOW its a scam..but I can say they act like one who is going to scam you, and they certainly don't like anyone asking questions about who they are.
They seem to reply to nay sayers with hostility and act like they are "random individuals" who try to say they arent affiliated with the company which is bullshit. You can easly tell they get infomercial type responses who say over the top great stuff about a comapany that has no public info.
Do not go to work for this company and I use the word company very loosely. It is run out of a dump in Comptom Ca. after being evicted from an office in Los Angeles Ca. Rachel Ramos was out for a week so no one got paid until she gets back. I was supposed to have gotten paid on the 15th of August 2014, got paid on the 27th. Of course my check was short, when asked about it she came up with all these policies that were never mentioned when I was hired. The Whole company is a sham to get investors for an IPO!!!!!!!
I believe I know the person who made this comment. And I worked in the same sales room with him. As a matter of fact we worked side by side. And I want to say that I am not on the companies side but fair is just fair. And the truth is he did not make one sale on the advertising campaign he was assigned to work on. The company gave us continued training and yet he could not pull off a single sale. I found the company to be fair and very patient. This guy also missed a lot of days and the company allowed him to come back to work.
So before you bash a business you should look at the role you played. And because you and I were on the same team, I know and you know that you did not give it your best. So don't blame the company for your F - up's. You and I were suppose to get a base plus commission and to me you just milked the company for your base.
On top of that I was there when they paid you, and in my opinion you did not even deserve to receive your base pay. So when you make comments like this you should think about what you did. If you worked for me the way you worked for that company. I would have never paid you and I would have taken you around back and beat your ass. I hope they find out who you are and sues your sorry ass for slander. I am not a snitch but if I was I would turn you in... I am just saying!
i have invested in them and never received anything from them and now all their phone lines are disconnected.
My husband and I invested with Punchtv because we have a vision and am onboard with their growth and hopefully our financial growth in the years to come. I personally don't believe it's a scam, just a small company that is finally moving up step by step. Celebrities are talking about it, but hey usually anything Black Owned, people naturally assume it's a scam, not on the up and up or just not real. Sometimes you have to step out on faith. They ask that you not invest what you can't afford to lose. I can't afford to lose a dime, but I invested what I could and as my husband says, "I must practice patience...this will pay off." So for those that don't believe because of no trade icon or no info other than what is on their website, I definitely understand because I was skeptical. But I followed my husbands advice as a wife should, questioning the entire time. I have to believe that this will pay off for me and my husband. If we lose , guess what....we still winners. Ponder over that last sentence.
Red Flag!!! When investing it has nothing to do with black owned. Do your research. What is their business plan, projections, profit and loss etc. Ask your financial advisor for advice.
It's a purely speculative investment. The documents available on the site give you all the information you need. If you believe in the vision and want to see it happen invest what you can afford. Is it a good investment? Personally, there's way more risk than I'm comfortable with but don't call it a scam.They are in development mode and not profitable. The documents are fairly transparent about the risk involved.
If this is fraud what can I do to get back my money. I purchase 450.00 of the one doller stocks for punch tv studios. HELP.

Scam scam scam,no public information is the dead give away, and these fake misspelled reviews praising them is just that fake plants by the company.
I invested $500.00 when there IPO was $1.00 it’s 2021 now and I still never got anything in the mail that Says I own anything in the company now I see they are asking for min $5000.00 for us Canadian investment and $10.000.00 for international investment. It’s a scam there’s no stock ticker ok when can we cash out ? I should have 5000-1000 worth of stock I purchased 500 shares what’s the real price no one knows
