I have been a customer of Psychic Power Network since about 2007. It's now 2015. That's 8 years that I've been a very loyal customer who has spent alot of money using their services for guidance. I've come across bad readers and very talented readers. Over the past year I've been reading with one specific reader. I won't mention her name. She is an extremely talented reader but we had a disagreement during our last reading on (1/29) and I was very upset when I got off the phone. I called customer service today (1/30) to see if I could possibly get a portion of my money back or refunded free minutes as a courtesy. Customer service took my complaint and told me management would get in contact with me. When I spoke to management they told me they dont refund money or free promo minutes. The female manager said she would not be doing anything to satisfy me and hung up on me. I called back and the same manager returned my phone call and I juat stated I was upset. I also stated I have worked in customer service as a retail manager for over 10 years and have done whatever needed to keep a customer happy so they would continue to do business with me. Again the female manager stated she would not be doing anything to make me happy. I hung up. I tried logging on to my account and the management staff canceled my account without my consent and claimed I threatened them and was going to dispute charges. I called customer service back numerous times so I could get my account reactivated. They told me they would pass it on to the management staff so the issue could get resolved. I called 3 times and Management is refusing to call me back. My account is still canceled and I had a small remaining balance from a deposit that I made into my account from MY CHECKING ACOUNT USING MY MONEY to speak to an advisor. They canceled my account without my consent, are refusing to call me back and stole money from me bc I now have no access to my account. 8 years as a customer and I am completely disgusted. That is a disgraceful management staff and a horribly run service with no business management skills.
For entertainment purposes, I called Abagail Sorenta for a tarot reading on relationships. The call was going well when the adviser started to question me on her psychic abilities; whether I believed she was truly gifted. I told her, no it's just tarot. To my surprise she continued to insist and attempted to persuade me that she was really gifted and 'could help me'. At that point I told her I was not 'looking for help' of any kind. She assured me that the person I called about was my soulmate and no one else would come into my life. Therefore, I needed her to help, so she could 'clear' this person's mind and by achieving clarity he would come back to me. Funny thing is, I never told her I even wanted anyone from my past back in my life.
By this point I was insulted as she was clearly attempting to take advantage of me. I felt that although I was not buying it , unfortunately someone else would. I planned on filing a complaint and submitting feedback to make others aware, so I let her finish talking.
She then stated, all I had to do was 1. Not tell anyone about what she would do next (major red flag) 2. She wouldn't charge me because she wants to 'help people' 3. Call her back she would then meditate and light candles, but I had to be on the phone in order for her to 'connect' to this person. I hung up as now I was sure, this was a scam.
Nothing would be free, calls to PPN are cost money. So instead of taking money on the side it's a better approach to take it through PPN because it seems more ethical? The disclaimer on PPN refers various times to 'Advice and 'Readings' so how is sitting on the phone 'meditating' part of the servcies being advertised. Not to mention, the effort this adviser put into persuading me to call back lacks integrity.
I then decided to reach out to PPN customer support through email to inform them of what happened and to request a refund. I was in the process of scheduling a time to speak to customer support in order to provide additional details, when two things occured. I was first left a voicemail, informing me that they needed more information but unfortunately were not going to provide me with a refund. I then attempted to leave feedback for the adviser but was restricted from leaving feedback after I submitted my entry.
Now, not only is the integrity of the psychic questionable but PPN as well. My concerns are that, first people have a right to know and should be made aware of issues such as this. As there may be people who are vulenrable and can be taken advantage of. I should also be able to voice my experince without being restricted.
I encourage anyone who has had a simiar experience or even encountared a situation that did not feel right, to comment below in order to prevent others from falling prey to unscruplous people and psychic organizations.

"Um, yeah I am pre-occupied and you should know what the issue is pertaining too." When I told her what my issue was she told me to let my bills go and allow my credit to damaged. It won't matter in the long run because the DOLLAR won't be in existence after a couple of months. WTF.
Well I hung up on this idiot "advisor" and asked for my money back. I told them that I would not call them if my favorite pet was dying in my arms. Instead of giving me my money back, they gave me back minutes so I can try another idiot advisor. I cursed them out and reported them to the BBB. Garbage advisors and company

I was really taken back by it since I knew they watch their psychics carefully for this sort of thing. They have since gotten rid of her.
As far as the rest, there are good and bad readers on this site. I have talked to many of both. The one thing that stands out for me is the good ones seem to disappear, not answer messages, and ignore people who request readings from them. some of them go months without reappearing or just don't come back. I have had so many (5) minute free readings that eventually get deleted because the readers quit. Then there are the ones that seem very good the first time they read for you, then the second reading is awful. I don't understand how they can hit so well the first time, and so bad the next. My blocked reader list is getting huge. I also had a reader block me because I questioned a situation that didn't go as she told me it would. This all leads to me not using the service as I once did. it is unfortunate because there are a few good ones on there, but it isn't worth the time and money to try to find one. I wish they would do a better job of screening and get the bad ones off the network. I see a decline in their services for sure. Every week new people show up and others disappear. I have also realized that some readers have a couple names the read under. that too aggravates me. All game playing and watching this network go downhill.
