When booking an appointment, I was told that I would be seeing the psychiatrist to get a refill of my medication. Even though I expressed urgency in the appointment they said the earliest was a 2 week wait to see the psychiatrist. So, I waited and ran out of medications in the meantime which was a bad situation. During the initial visit I was seen by a NP named Charles Gleeson who was one of the most oppositional hard to get along with, poor bed-sided mannered practitioners I have had.He asked me several questions and I answered them as I thought he was information gathering for the psychiatrist, and I kept asking to see the psychiatrist and he wouldn't get him for me. At the end of the visit he told he would not refill my prescription without a test which I would have to come back for another day to see the psychiatrist and pay for that visit too. I have health insurance, but chose to go out of pocket for better care. After $250, and an initial visit that I didn't get my prescription refilled, nor see the psychiatrist, I was left wondering why I was charged and was so disappointed by the level of care. So, I asked for my money back and they refused. A day later, I had my wife speak to Charles from one practitioner to another, and he hung up the phone on her. So, we called their manager and they told us they would have the quality control follow up with is, and no one ever did. I followed up several times about this and you can't reach anyone and no one calls you back. I would like the $250 refunded.
