It is an unfortunate sign of our times when ANYONE can post ANYTHING defamatory about any individual or company without the slightest substantiation or consequence.
This particular person retained our services on a Thursday night. The consultant that they were speaking with was already quite under the weather and went home almost immediately after the conclusion of the phone conversation. The consultant was not able to come back to the office until the following Tuesday.
Even though this client received an electronic receipt for their payment immediately from Moneris (Canadas largest processor and acquirer of debit and credit card payments) they decided that because they had not heard back from their consultant in 2 business days, that they would submit this ridiculous post. Never stopping for a moment to think that it's only been 2 business days and maybe something happened to the consultant....like the cold that she actually had!
The fact of the matter is simple. There is no Police report. We work with police and courts every day of the weak. We have been operating for years and process over 5000 new applications per year. We directly work with all the criminal courts, police detachments and identity solution providers across Canada. Not to mention the fact that we deal with Moneris as our merchant provider (who simply don't provide their merchant services to companies who have any substantiated reports of wrong doing or multiple chargebacks from clients).
If we were even remotely operating not in good faith, then none of these institutions would work with us. The fact that we have processed thousands upon thousands of payment transactions through our merchant provider over the years and have virtually 0 chargebacks is a badge of honour for us as a company and a testament to our credibility and reliability!
TORONTO- Toronto Police are warning the public about a “pardon” scam. Investigators have said it involves an online company listed as “Provincial Pardon and Waiver Services Inc.,” that advertises services for processing pardons and waivers to enter the U.S.A for a small fee. The perpetrators also go by the names "Direct Pardon," and "Pardon Canada," to further their scheme.
Police have said the scam usually begins with the company calling prospective clients to arrange money and identification to be sent to them. Sometimes, a meeting is scheduled to deliver the documents in person.
Once the exchange is made, police said the company cuts off communication with the client and no pardon or waiver is received.
Anyone who has any information about the company, or has been affected by the scam, is being asked to call police.
This con-artist team has been terrorizing people for too long. Over 150 people have complained about them to the Better Business Bureau and Law Society of Upper Canada and nothing has happened. The victims may not get their money back, but they might be able to see justice. We must end this ABUSE and INJUSTICE. Be careful and dont allow yourself to fall victim to their lies.
