He's back at it....in Memphis! We took our dog to Protrain Memphis and after just 6 days of training (it was a 17 day training session), we picked him up after a friend of mine picked her dog up with a black eye. My dog's neck was chewed up and Bryan even made a comment that he too was concerned about the gouges in his neck. My dog was cowered, tail tucked. He assured me he would take care of everything and he just wants us to be happy. We ended up taking him to the vet the day after I pulled him out and even the vet was concerned about his neck! My dog was so stressed after being at their facility that he had to take meds for about two weeks. After a month of dealing with him, they finally refunded partial amount and did pay a vet bill. Now, after I posted my review on a public forum of the experience I had, Bryan left both me and my husband voicemails and wrote me an e-mail threatening me that if I didn't remove the review, he would sue me! Obviously, this is what this guy does when he receives a bad review. He bullies, threatens and harrasses. Poor character. I'd stay clear of him, his name and whatever company he decides to open next! Beware my friend and do your research!
