I have delt with some bad companies before, but this is the worest ever! The product might be good, but the service is nothing short of criminal. I have spent more than 4 hours on the phone with Patricia, Julian, Jason, Jalissa, Issac and was finally forwarded to a manager, David, who promissed that Protect American is a "great product." David might be right that the product is good, but the service is where the company fails. Without good or great customer service or care, you have a bad product. Funny, the Manager David didn't seem to process the concept of product vs. quality of care. David was rude and condescending suggested that sometime the systerm doesn't connect or that it might be the customer, the roofing, the walls, the sheetrock etc. David was like the guy you meet that talks about you behind your back and smiles to your face. I also spoke to Shannon after being on hold for 45 minutes, he's also a manager, he promissed to save time he would have someone call me at 4:30 pm. To this date I have never received a phone call from Protect America, Ever!!

If you're thinking about purchasing this prodcut, let me advise you as a victim of this poor service, don't do it, it's frustration at it utmost! The product is bulkey and the monitoring is more than questionable!

I have requested to speak to the District Manager, Wanda, who seems to never be available, why is that, what happened to customer care?

I would suggest that the customer care is right up there with the Big Banks, like Wells Fargo- we don't care, we just want your money. I pay $54 per month and am stuck until October 2015, don't become a victim like I did.
