They provided our office with a new machine. 2 months later I received statements showing no transactions. They forgot to close old account. Five months later I noticed delays in funds transfers. The young girl, Brittany Porter, had to research it. Found out they misprogrammed the machine FIVE months earlier and the funding department was fixing it as they went along instead of fixing it the right way. They did call and leave a message, 3 months into the mess, for my office manager but when she called back the person "Nick" he said " I dont know why they called you." After 2 weeks of dealing with Brittany the Director of Operations with the community college associates degree I asked to speak with someone competent.
Chapter Two: Melissa
That brought me to their shmooze person Melissa Karahalios who likes to say things and produce nothing. I explained it all and she promised she was the person who fixes problems and answers to the CEO Chris Peter. She stated she had never seen anything like this in 25 years of finance work and she would have a full account reveiw done to make sure all transaction were complete. 3 days later tha patients start ringing the phone saying they were erroneously charged. Having no idea why I called miss no nothing Melissa K. (I call her that because she has NO access to any data so she can not give you any answers till she checks with the people who know). Turns out Prolific had found 50 or more charges going back 5 months that had not been completed and so they re-authorized them for todays date without giving me time to notify the patients. She assured me they were valed charges and I in turn assured the patients. Imagine my embarrassment when the patient start emailing and showing up with documentation that they were being double charged. I called Mellissa and once again she would check into it and get back to me right away. 6 hours later I had to call her. Turns out they were WRONG AGAIN. I had them refund ALL the money until we found out which ones were valed.

No call backs, Messages for Chris Peters unanswered, have no idea if I've lost money, no offer of restitution, no letter of apology, no nothing.
