This is new information on Curtis Brown, AKA Kurtis Eugeen. MANY SCAM REPORTS ON HIM!! I was approaced a few weeks ago, with his services that he would get me funding for my business. He said he had investors lined up. He then said I need a PPM agreement and he would do it for $5,000. He said I need to do it that day before the investers change their minds.
