I am writing this ripoff report in addition to a dispute case I have filed with the Better Business Bureau in Utah, BBB Complaint Case #22160948 (Ref#6-2003044-22160948-1100) (Re: Case #22160948: Wasatch Summit, LLC) and the Financial Ombudsman of Canada. Total loss was at $4600 USD to begin with, in this online scam with Professional Marketing International inc. (PMI) experiencepmi.com.
I have been working with Robert Relic from the Bank of Montreal, who has been fair and helpful up to this point. I was shocked to see “coaching scams” on the attorney general's website but he did absolutely nothing, after i sent the finance department a letter. "Coaching Scams" it's right there!

This is my complaint and I have been deceived and ripped off by PMI in their CROOKED business practices.
They lied about being a BBB member to start with, offered next to nothing in real value for my hard earned money, offered a coach that had next to no experience and claimed he had 12 years experience in marketing, none of which is at all true. I want the rest of my money back if at all possible to resolve this dispute once and for all, the remaining damages are: $2300 USD and can be verified with Robert Relic as proof. But reversed the charges as PMI can manipulate the banks with a fraud. Janet Yager also with the Bank of Montreal said and i quote "you came to them for services", ya becuase it's a business, but after proving it's a scam and the BBB complaint i filed, she did absolutely nothing, what a crook. What kind of a bank stands up for a criminal when the facts are right there staring them in the face??
Better Business Bureau has been working hard to resolve the case but it seems PMI will not give back the rest of my money, and even threatened to reverse the chargeback, which is not fair at all. I also lost an additional $420 CDN in damages due to their marketing advice, and paid for legal advice of $350 (one time fee), so my rights can be upheld.
Brittany Asay, Operations Manager ([email protected]) has been handling the case in a professional manner and I am pleased with her help thus far. And resolved the case, but PMI decided to go further and reverse the credit card charges to be crooks!
