Abdiel did a fantastic job working with my very busy schedule of moving, a new job and an eight month old baby, and somehow managed to get my car picked up and delivered same week and in the narrow window that I provided for him as a target. The car arrived clean and professionally carried without a scratch or dent. Abdiel did explain to me that it is not possible to guarantee a price until he negotiated with the carriers for my route. These complaints must be false

They stand by their word. I loved their no upfront charge policy alot of these brokers where asking me to pay them a deposit upfront. I was skeptical about that, i spoke with abdiel and other than just taking my order he explained the entire process and how every company even finds these trucks. I am very please with the service!
I contacted professional auto transport and spoke with abdiel. My vehicle was picked up promptly in48hrs and delivered in 3 days. I was not charged anything until he found a truck for us our daughter was starting school and needed a vehicle. Thank you very much great service!
TOTAL RIP OFF I was given a price of 1350.00 / I booked it 1 month in advance so would have no issues. was told after a carrier was found I would be charged a $200.00 deposit
my debit card was charged the next day for $200.00... after calling jean and the owner abdiel many times and was strung along for 4 weeks telling me their dispatch dept. was diligently trying to find a carrier. that called me the day before the movers was taking my stuff and I had a 1 way plain ticket booked as I was moving there permanently ( and they knew this )

we found a carrier for your vehicle and you have 2 choices
1)we refund your $200.00 deposit ... or 2) you pay up another $450.00 totaling $1800.00
to ship my vehicle from new jersey to las Vegas ... as it was 1 day before my move and no time to find any other carrier I has no choice bet to pay the $1800.00
that is bait and switch ... they did to me what I read on internet that happen to other people

Contacted by professional auto transport llc after posting on line for a vehicle to be transported to Maryland. We gave them a 175.00 deposit and were told the vehicle would be picked up the following day. After a no show, we called and left multiple messages at two different numbers, 954-616-8068( Eugene) and 855-890-1581(Abdiel Guallar) with no response. We did get a response to one email telling us we would receive a call promtly. We are still waiting. The professional in their name is for professional scammers!! Do not, I repeat do not fall for this companies scams.
