Please be advice that salespeople in this retail store (Prodive Cairns )had very nasty attitude
They do not care about their customers. We came to visit them in Cairns Australia to buy equipment for diving and spend around 1 hour in the store choosing without any assistance what we actually need
To spend so much time and money in their store they did not let us use their bathroom even for kid
And when we paid for our equipment they did not even said thank you
But that is not a real problem
In 15 minutes in the store we changed our mind with one of the purchase and decided to change right away for something else, the very nasty girl said NO you cannot change anything or return hahaha
while we were in the store and if you want something else you have to buy it. We were shocked with business that they do there.
We left that store without equipment that we need. We left money that we spend for wrong equipment and We would never come back and strongly suggest to think about twice if you want to buy anything in that store.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
