Signed up for cheap prison calls online from prisonlines,did not recieve any services /calls but they surely went and took my money from my debit checking account. 24.95 then 16.95 upon canceling account they went on and debit two unauthorized payments of 75.00 dollars each total 191 dollars in total from my account did not get refund did not get service not one call ..what did i pay for? a phone number that was useless no collect calls nothing. prison lines just took my hard earned money .please help me
