Priority Nissan sold us a 2006 Nissan 350Z (with 37K miles on it) in June 2014. We drove it for a few days and it began going into slip mode and losing power. We took it in for service and they replaced a part (cruise control switch assembly) and told us it was fixed. We drove it home and it began going into slip mode again. We called the service department and left messages for a whole week before we had to contact Jamie, the finance manager, to ask him tto have the service department return our call. We brought our car back in, and they again replaced a different part (the part escapes me at present) and told us that it was fixed. It slipped today and lost all power near Washington, D.C. and we almost got t-boned. We notified the dealer, and manager Chad Kranz, who offered to buy the car back at a $5K loss! We asked that they take the car back as it seems that thy have sold us a lemon. We have had the car for one month. When we disagreed and left, a group of employees laughed at us. This place is egregious. The manager Chad Kranz is completely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They don't care about the customer, they care about lining their pockets! I will never buy from this horrible place again.
