My husband and I took our Range Rover to Lonestar Body & Paint in San Antonio for some detail work. While waiting on our estimate / quote from Joey at Lonestar, Richard Bakke saw our vehicle on the lot and asked about it. Joey told him he couldn't start it that something was wrong with it. Richard told Joey he would take it to his shop and look at it, to see if he could find the problem. Our Range Rover was driving fine when we took it to Lonestar, so strange that no one could start it. I got tired of calling and leaving messages with Joey asking about me vehicle. On Monday Jan 19, 2015 I called Joey to tell him I was going to send a wrecker over to pick up my Range Rover that day, he ask me if he could call me right back, I said sure. When he called me back he said that this guy Richard Bakke with Prime Imports has your Rnga Rover and he wants $5000.00 before he will release it to anyone. We had given anyone persission to do any work on the vehicle, we didn't even know that it was at Prime Imports., all we wanted done was some detail work through Joey at Lonestar. Joey told us that he had not given Richard prission to work on our vehicle. So Joey calls the cope and meets us over at 1035 Austin Highway at Prime Imports. When we arrived we found out that our Range Rover had been SOLD to a young innocent couple in San Antonio. My husband & I were sick. This man has been RIPPING innocent people off left & right and getting away with. He is a complete fraud...if you want to make a report him.... contact the DMV in Austin, Texas location.
