I must first, off warn, as I've learned my lesson. DON'T ever order a dress from a online international company. They are sleazy and deceptive. I ordered a dress very recently from this company for my daughter's pageant. When I ordered the dress I gave specific measurements, even went over a inch or two to be safe. Here's the description listing for the dres as follows:

Neckline: Strap
Train: Floor length
Sleeves: sleeveless

Also a note: It says there may be a slight color difference between the picture online and the finished dress.
Visually, it looks like a blue satin dress. I ordered the dress in a rose color and requested tulle underneath the dress to make it a bit fuller. When I got the dress I was surprised at what I saw. Not only was it too tight and too long on my daughter. I measured the dress around and it was 2 inches off what I gave them, but there was tulle and cheaply glued on jewels on the front. The quality is just terrible. And since I did not order tulle on the dressI requested to send the dress back. The argued with me that the dress always had a tulle overlay. I asked them where was this detail in the listing? It listed everything else but tulle. They kept responding with the idea I should have been able to "see" the tulle and they sent me back pictures with red marks going "see tulle". I went to three friends and all of them said it looks like a satin dress with no tulle on the front. I had seen the same dress on other websites and it doesn't say tulle on it. It was not written in the description and I took the consideration of them implying that there may be a"slight color difference between picture online and the finished dress." That could also mean that sometimes somebody elses computer may see the picture differently than someone elses. So I"m just to assume from staring at something that it's factual evidence? It's not obvious at all. And I didnt' bother to ask since it was not in the description. I tried to trust the facts here that it didn't say there was a tulle overlay. I have since taken it to a alterations specialist to have the tulle removed. And I requested a partial refund from these people for my inconvenience, to cover removing the tulle, since they refused. And of course they refused to work with me for the partial refund.
These people have terrible customer service. Not only am I forced to pay the money to remove the tulle, I also have to pay to have it taken out since the measurements were off on their side. This is a disgrace for business! I know they are an international company and think they can treat customers any way they want because we are so far away, but that is just uncalled for. They are uncaring, robots. I recommend people to avoid this situation avoiding prettyquincearadresses. The ysay they will refund your money with any type of problems, but have refused to refund mine. They are deceptive scammers! Please far away from this company.
