Known and documented offenses from 2011 from my situation with Pressler and Pressler/Midland Funding:
false and misleading legal documents submitted to me
harassing debt collection attempts
false and misleading character documents presented to court
Misrepresenting debt recovery/payment solution
Payments made as per terms and documented by P&P but lied in court as to not receiving therefore resulting in pursuing the judgement
case not properly reviewed by attorney at Pressler before submitted to judgement (4 second issue)
Not serving court documents
issuing Judgement in court in under 30 days
Anyone try to use the Pressler & Pressler online payment option in 2011 and recieved strange letter 2 weeks later in the mail noting received payment but with an error and then 2 days later being pushed through the court and judgement process for breaking the payment agreement?
unfortunately for Pressler & Pressler/Midland Funding I was hardship/Unemployed and well noted, made payments on time and documented. I have all the original abusive, misleading and false documents from Pressler to prove my case.
Never knew that opening a credit card when I was younger to help with caring for my newborn child will still haunt me to this day. credit was closed and I owed $200. This rip off agent have been pursuing me since they bought the account, garnishing my paychecks which I knew nothing about and never received any mail to warn me of back in, I believe 2011. And today they took over $800 put of my account because I owe them $695??!! Notice how my balance was only $200 back in 2004.
I'm livid and don't know what to do. My balance on my bank account is reduced to nothing. Money was from my loan from school, which I was using to get myself and my kids ready for back-to-school. I don't even know if I should cry, scream, yell or what. I'm just so upset. Any help or points on what I can do is very much needed and appreciated.
my credit, thanks to this company, is now horrible since then entered a court judgement on me back in 2008.
I am filing a report against Pressler and Pressler because they entered a judgement against me without contacting me about this situation. The amount of monies I owe, I don't know where they came from. This was filed July 30, 2007 and this is the first time I've heard of it.
