Know what i got for my money? Paperwork that i could have completed myself. Bank of america denied me a loan modification. Prepare documents lied – they had no power or control over approving my load modification. They had nothing to do with making it happen. I emailed them to file a complaint and request my money back. They pushed back, saying that “banks often illegally deny loan modifications.” in short, nothing happened. My mortgage holder Bofa) couldn’t help me. My bank where i have my checking account couldn’t help me. Prepare my documents did nothing to appease my complaint, and of course they didn’t refund my money. When i tried pursuing it further, the emails bounced back, and the site was unattainable.
