Wow!! stay away from this company. I called them to come out and look at my GE monogram refrigerator. I explained to them that the ice maker works, but the door flap would not open. When the technician showed up he opened the refrigerator door, pushed the ice lever and dumped ice all over my floor. He proceeded to tell me that all the internal parts were bad. I asked him how to take the door apart so he could verify which part it was and he could not tell me how to get the door apart. They gave me a quote for $427 which included flappers, solenoid, housing and trim kit. TRIM KIT? for what? I looked up on youtube how to get the door apart, found the solenoid was rusted out, picked up the solenoid for $42, installed it and had it working in 2 hours. They charged me $99 for a diagnosis fee which never happened. When I explained the situation to them in an email they told me that their technicians are well trained and they always order extra parts, but would not charge us for them if they didn't use them. What a bunch of bull!! They refused to refund the money and when I asked to talk to the owner (April the customer service manager) said he doesn't take customer complaints. Wow!! The owners name is Nimol Leedom, but apparently is not interested in running a legit company. He will not even take a call.
