This company on a daily business has questionable business practices. This company purchases used copier from an out of state company called Wulff Enterprises. Craig Zimmerman has done so for tens of years.
The used copiers are than stored in a"graveyard of machinery" until they can be looked at. There is only one Technician responsible for the inspection and overhauling onsite in Troy Michigan.
The meter counter is replaced with a new meter counter. It gives the impression the used copiers have zero or low copies.
These used copiers make up the majority of the service calls and displeased clients.
Craig Zimmerman puts on the proposals "Showroom Model". This gives the impression to unsuspecting clients these used copiers have only copies made by our company. This gives the impression to unsuspecting clients that these used copiers have no problems.
If these were cars and Craig Zimmerman was the dealership this would be unethical, unprofessional and probably illegal. The State of Michigan Attorney General should look closely at this company and its present and past clients.
