Wow , similar story to others. We were reccommended to use Precise Prioperty managment. Took for ever to get a tennent. lease was for $800 p/m. Precise were collecting $700. When this issue was raised the tennent left. Eventually new tennent moved in and the fun started. Mark requesting payment for work/repairs with no quotes or receipts
for work done. Once again tennent left. Mark claims house was broken into and damaged.He took $2700 from our credit card without authority. Once again no quotes, no police report for break in, no before and after photos to show work done and no receipts for completed work. We put a stop on the payment and Mark became very upset. Worked it out best we could. New tennet and again Mark was not passing on rent money collected.
End of lease and battles every month to get money owed and it was a battle. Tennent moved on. Mark was to be looking for new tennent.While we chased about $1200 in rent collected but not passed on . In the end we enlisted new manager.
Thats when we saw the real picture. MArk billed us for lawn mowing and clean ups while looking for tennent. New manager sent pictures .Grass 8 foot high and gardens totally overgrown hadnt been touch in over 6 mths. House broken it to and $8000 damaged cased while under MArk's watch.
We have now sold the house at a loss of $28,000 as we could no longer afford to fund the mark roth money pit. In the 3 or so years of ownership we didnt earn any income , placed enormous stress on my family and now losses totally over $30,000 due to precise's inability to find or look for tennents, mystery bills and witholding rent payments without cause.
