Ordered from this company due to their claim to process and ship in 1 to 4 days. Over a week went by with no word so I called and was told my order was still awaiting processing. Asked when it would be processed as I needed my order asap. I was then disconnected. Called back and went through the whole process again and was told there was no way to tell when my order would be processed so at that point I'd had it and cancelled and demanded a refund.
This appears to be one of those outfits that doesn't really stock anything despite their claims. You order from them, they order your item from someone else, and may eventually ship it out to you someday whenever they get around to it. The 1 to 4 days processing claim is not just deceptive but downright false.
Received this from seller, the Day AFTER it was supposed to be delivered ""It appears that your order will be getting shipped out today with updated tracking information being provided by the end of the night. Please let us know if you have any future inquiries and we will gladly assist you.""
ME-Yes, I do have an inquiry, Why does it take 11 days to ship out an item you advertised on Amazon as ""in stock?"" I'd also like to know why amazon says you told them it was shipped on the 22nd of April.
Them- ""We have a 1-3 day processing period on all orders. After an order has finished processing, it will ship at the shipping method you selected. 24 hours after your order has shipped, you will be able to track your order. We apologies for the inconvenience.""
ME- Ok, that Still does not explain why it's 12 days later and I have no tire, or tracking number. I'll ask again what's the tracking number for my order?
Them- Unfortunately your package was shipped USPS priority mail without a tracking number and after contacting USPS, it appears your order has been lost while in transit. We have refunded your order in full. We welcome you to place a new order at anytime. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
They are trying to weasel out on my refund/I had to pay shipping on a defective part.
I always check to make sure a part fits, so my bike was listed on their online list saying it fit. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise. They showed me a list that didn't have it on it. But here's the kicker. The long bar that goes across the front of the windshield had different holes than the ones on the windshield. And the mounting kit wouldn't work on my bike. I paid for the shipping to get it back to me, but then they said they might send it back unopened as I told them I left that bar mentioned above so they could see the error. They acted like that was mounting it. I await to see if they send it back and refund me, but I am so upset with how they treated me I am writing this review now. By the way, I just went online to double-check that the fit is correct for my bike, and it is still saying it is compatible.
I tried to return a a defective Moose dirtbike numberplate pack that was used 3 times. It took ME calling them 3 times to get a return athourisation. They then sent the pack back to me, denying my warranty claim, saying that the blown seam was NORMAL wear and tear. REALLY? So an item designed to be used on a dirt bike only lasts 3 rides? They also LIED and said that they had a Moose factory rep on hand to deny my return. HA!
So I contact Moose directly, tell them of my $hitty experience, send them pix of the pack, and they immediatly send me a new pack.

The customer service clerk that answered the phone explained to me that there was an error on their part, the item was not pulled from the warehouse and shipped. He further explained that at this point there was nothing that could be done to correct your mistake. The item would be pulled from the warehouse and shipped standard shipping. I further requested an explanation as to why they couldn't fix your mistake and still ship the time overnight so that I could have it tomorrow. He said that was not possible. I requested to speak to a manager. He stated that was not needed as no one would give me a different answer and no one was available. I requested he take a message and have the manager return my call. He stated he didn't need to do that as there was nothing further a manager could do for me.
Unfortunately for me I needed this item by that friday.
The customer service rep was to refund my fee for the overnight charges, have the item shipped from the warehouse and I was told I could expect it in a bout a week or so. Due to the fact that I found the the item else where online, it could be shipped today via overnight service I promptly went back to my account to cancel the order so that they didn't ship it and was quite amazed that the customer service rep cancelled by entire order. Lucky for me I decided to pursue other resolutions for receiving the item or I would have been waiting for a week only to find that the rep took it upon himself to cancel my order altogether. Now wondering whether or not I will ever receive a refund.
I ordered a seat for my motorcycle , a total cost of $325.65 USD. l listed the year,make and model of my bike before ordering the seat and was told according to Powersport Superstore website that the seat would fit. When the seat did arrive it was not the correct one. I took my bike into the harley dealer and they also informed me that the seat was in fact the wrong one. Harley Davidson told me that i would need to remove factory installed parts in order to make the seat work and that is something I am not willing to do. I contacted Powersport Superstore the same day to advise them of the problem and they told me that I could return the seat but they would not refund the cost of shipping or the customs charges. After 5 emails back and forth I finally called Powersport Superstore and I was advised by (Micheal) that even through it was their mistake I would would be responsible for the total cost of the shipping both ways ($98) plus the customs charge of ($60). I told Micheal that I did not think it was fair or reasonable to expect me to have to pay $158 for their mistake and he said ""that's just how it is and I am not moving from this position"". I asked to speak with a manager and he refused, I then asked to have a manager contact me and he refused, I then asked for an email address of a manager and he refused to provide me one.
Another frustrating part, when I called to speak to a manager I was put on hold only to have what I beleived to be the same guy on the phone but using a different name. I think this company is a couple of guys working out of their appartment.
