Frank the male owner hides behind his wife's shirt - refuses to return phone calls and won't deal with the matter. His wife Betina is arrogant and nasty. You pay a membership and they won't let you in.
Their staff of sales people make deals to get you in the door but when they quit they won't honor the contract. This couple has zero people skills. Does not care about MEMBERS period!!!
They refuse to return any and all phone calls ----- because they have no desire to keep members just steal their money. Stay away from this gym. I sent something to the corporate owners and they did NOTHING!!
