CRIS and Jimmy at POWERHEAD EXCHANGE are liars and crooks. I sent my 2006 yamaha 4stroke motor to POWERHEAD EXCHANGE with a credit card deposit of 2500.00 after they informed me it would only take a week to repair and return, because I was selling the boat. After two weeks Cris the woman who answers the phone kept telling me Jimmy the mechanic was backed up. This went on for two more weeks then they would stop answering calls some. I finally got Cris to answer again and she said parts where on back order. this took a few more months of them lying at which point I said I was done and they said they finally got parts a week later and to send another $2000 (STUPID RIGHT) and they would have motor done right away. Weli, almost a month later I get motor and now my mechanic is backed up with spring time repairs for everyone else since my job was a winter job. I understood and said when it slows down lets put it on the motor. So we finally opened the box with my motor in it and my mechanic goes to work on it and notices that they had not done anything to repair my motor. I call and get Jimmy on phone who says he will take care of it that he had been gone and came to work there again. I then did not hear again from anyone at POWERHEAD EXCHANGE after numerous calls and emails. The are liars and crooks that will have you give them a deposit for repairs and have you send your motor to them and then keep your motor until they steal more money from you and then never repair your engine.
