On 3/16/2015 I had both driver and passenger windows repaired by powerwindowpro namely Ozez Fahima.
He did the rapir at my home in 15 minutes and stated he replaced booth the motors and relay switches. This alone seems impossible to dismantle both door panels and diagnose and repair in that time frame. He demanded i pay cash. I refused and he stated he did not accept checks or credit cards. So i told it was either one of those or nothing so he took my check. I paid him 211.78. within 2 weeks the driver window failed. I contacted them and they said they would come back out that day .Never showing up. THis happened repeatedly more than 10 times over 6 weeks.
Then over 2 more weeks they would not answer the phone or respond to voice mail or emails. There is a 30 day guarentee.I did not get angry I gave them 8 weeks and now I am angry. I offered when they did answer the phone to come to the office and ring my car in for repair but they were always too busy, yet when i called the first time they were here in a couple hours. I doubt if they repaired anything other than temporarily getting the windowss to work I now have to pay another cmpany to fix the windows properly and I have been driving with no power windows for 8 weeks.
This guy is a complete scam artist. He charged me almost $200 to replace the driver's side window motor aka regulator. He said the replacement was a Nissan OEM part and that I had a year warranty. The regulator he put in my car didnt even last a year. When I called him for the warranty, he avoided my calls. I finally called him from an unknown number and he picked up. He make several excuses and tried to blame it on another part. I hung up and called another company. They came over and fixed it. The new company showed me exactly what he did to my car. Not only did Power Window Pro lie to me and used a generic window motor / regulator but Power Window Pro also cut wires and striped some bolts to make things fit. Power Window Pro also forgot to put in a few bolts back into my door. After asking around, I have heard this guy is known for ripping people off and starting trouble. I kept the part and took pictures just in case this scumbag tries to come after me for telling the truth. If you want to be charged top dollar for poor work and cheap parts that will break within a year then use Power Window Pro. If you want quality work done to your car then call someone else.
