My wife purchased a supposed, Authentic Burberry purse from Poshmark.com. It was guaranteed to be authentic or they said they would refund her money. After receiving the purse and checking all of the available websites to detect counterfeit Burberry purses, we are CERTAIN that her purchase was NOT an Authentic Burberry purse. We are still trying to get our money-back, although Poshmark.com REFUSES to communicate with us concerning this purchase and has still not responded to our request for a refund, due to the item is NOT as advertised, as it is NOT Authentic Burberry! Please steer clear of this company as they are clearly not interested in customers receiving what they pay for, and are obviously, willing to sell counterfeit items everyday! Seller amyvjudd on Poshmark misrepresents product promoted on nationwide site for profit, gain then blocks Buyer once product is sold to avoid interaction. Photos on website do not accurately capture the product received or paid for. Angle shots concealed damages done by Buyer. Seller did not fully and honestly disclose damages to public, profiting from something not suitable for donation.
I am just a buyer on poshmark i paid for three items that have not been sent off for some reason poshmark sent me a email saying im restricted to use poshmark i have done nothing wrong im a faithful buyer paid on time i cant even contact the sellers they restricted me from even asking them a question when my items will be sent i have a bad feeling about poshmark i cant even get a hold of them no custumer service i sent replys from my emails no response
