They canceled our first appointment and were an hour late to the second appointment which I had to cancel. On THE THIRD try, they arrived an hour too late. 6 hours after a supposed 3 hour job, they left my Apartment. When I went to use my bathroom after they were in there I found a cigarette butt in my toilet. Needless to say this is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
The Absolute Worst. No quality control, they will not help you. I told them that the job was completely unsatisfactory. After days of leaving messages, no help. They took my money, promised a warranty of 5 years on the work. 3 months later, the bathtub was peeling again. I have been trying to get them back to redo the work for the past 5 months! No one returns calls, they send you to the technician who then sends you back to the "scheduling department". I filled a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission to get my mloney back and try to get a reputable comapny to do the work... Also Pay no attention to the address -- they seem to be moving around. The phone, though is still the same...
