Sold me a moped for $500. He said he guaranteed it then after he had my money he gave me paper stating sold as is .

It ran less than 30 minutes and will not start

i want either my money back or a moped that starts and runs with a guarantee.

Otherwise the the liar /thief can rot in jail.

i am a widow and have cancer I can't spend that kind of money on a piece of junk.

I bought it so my grandson could go back and forth to work

He was going to pay me back

now he can't go to work and I can't pay for my medication

this Zack person will not return my phone calls
