He failed to meet his contractual obligations (Breach of Contract) with me by providing substandard work in unacceptable time frame in 3D Plans for B Porter and S. Smith. His substandard work could affect the outcome of both of my projects. Our legally binding contract was his payment prior to doing work, made by my Visa card and his oral and written agreed upon time frame that projects needed to be finished to get my building permit approval.
As my deadline was within 3 days he quit answering phone, email, txt messages. But had told me 6 days earlier that i would have my designs put in 3d the next Morning, He jsut lies. Only when I had a freind call him from out of state did his answer phone.
My designs are not simple circles and it probably was over his expertise, but all he had todo was communicate.
After sending him a demand letter and he refunded me one fese but not the other.

We conducted several transactions and became friendly on the phone as a result of the business relationship. His design work however was not up to my standards and I discontinued using his service but we maintained a friendly rapport. After discontinuing using him he emailed me out of the blue one day claiming that all of my marketing emails that I send out were somehow leading potential customers to him. Starting on 4/17/2014 Kayne Marzetti of Pool Design Consultant Inc began a relentless pursuit to use my personal identification information (name) to agitate, slander, impersonate, fraudulently disseminate my intellectual property, and sabotage my business.
-wilfully broke a non-compete contract
-sent text messages indicating his premeditated intent to fraudulently impersonate me, discredit my company, and sabotage my most important business relationship.
sent me an email from a fraudulently originated domain name(which was my OWN personal name) indicating his intent to sabotage my business relationship with my most important client.
-contacted my most important client, and slandered me, made up false and misleading statements ( all through emails that trace back to his domain) and posed as a fake contractor and made up false claims about my business.
All of his allegations are false and wildly uninformed.
I had to file police reports with the Lake Mary police department, and the Austin Police Department. They both questioned him and he lied to both of them, however the Austin detective was able to subpoena his IP address and confirm that he did purchase the domain in my name. Unfortunately what he did was just short of breaking the law, and neither district attorney was interested in pressing charges.
I had to have my lawyer send him a cease and desist letter.
