I have played this game for several years and it was at one time one of the most popular games on Facebook. Suddenly over the last year their payouts have dropped exponetially. The most recent scam involves causing the bonuses to lose and then asking for a dollar, to replay. It is very obvious to anyone who has played as long as my friends and I have that they are cotrolling the reels. If they can control the game like this I am sure that it is a crime. I don't care if many people just collect free coins this game still charges money so it is against the law for them to do this. The best thing that could happen would be for these cheaters to go to prison and Facebook should be sued for allowing this to happen on their website. People need to be aware that most of the games on Facebook are ripping people off, don't put much of your time or any money into these games!

Scam artists

I haven't and refuse to spend any real money in this game. I have played for a while (over 20K hands), and agree 100% that it is a money stealing scam of a game. The formula and patterns are very noticeable once you've been playing. Action cards (cards most can hit on) are dealt on the flop to create drama and suck outs. The game wants to trick you into thinking you have a great hand (most times you do), and that you'll win the hand. Say for instance I was playing Omaha my cards were : 10 10 A 4, flop is 10, 10, J: turn, A,: river: J. My 4 of a kind was beaten by another on the river. Those odds alone are astronomical. It happens so frequently, if you are flopped 2 pair or trips, straight, or a full, 99% of the time you will lose on the river. People go all in on nothing against good hands and the good player ends up badly beaten. You can't slow play good hands either because most likely you'll be beaten by the river. Game also bad beats you by one card or hand higher than yours very frequently. If you have a straight flush, someone has a higher one, full house: someone has higher, 3 of a kind? straight or flush. It's always the river card giving you those beats. All in Playtika's attempts to create drama, and force all players into the river in hopes they lose it all and buy fake chips. You can't go buy real poker rules in this game, any smart play you make is likely to steal your chips. Completely fixed, rigged and unfair. I don't care what "certificates" they have, anyone can buy those. Many players complaining that they bought chips they never received, or that playtika illegally took money from their accounts, then refused to answer their emails. I hope those people sue them, absolute thieves.

WSOP, World Series of Poker, an online poker game that is owned by Playtika, Ltd. The company specializes in in the development of "In-App Sales" games, where they sell customers their chips\tokens for various games they produce. The problem is that they sell their chips\tokens, just to steal them back from you.

With a variety of scams, like this one: Using their employee's to pose as customer's who play with you at the card table as other customers. Bear in mind that the employees are the ones who monitor game play and can see everyone's hand. Another one is where they claim that they use a "Certified Card Shuffler", but don't tell you who actually does the certifying. If you've ever played poker...of any kind, then you know that hands like Flushes, Full Houses, and Four-of-a-Kinds are RARE!!! However, not the case at WSOP. Out of every 5 hands that's played, at least one of those hands mentioned above shows up -- and typically it's not you!

I am very aware of why they call poker gambling and that nothing is certain, nor guaranteed. However, if you're going to spend $6 to $200 for fake poker chips, at minimum...they should let you keep them. Not use deviousness and scams to take them back, just so they can make more $$$! While the owners of the company have to love what they're doing...they're stealing from the public.
