I was contacted by this company back in february about my student loans since I don't and probably will never make enough to ever make the outrageous payments that any company wants you to pay. I did some research on them and decided my best option was to go through a debt consolidation company. Well about a week ago i received a letter in the mail stating they had received permission to begin garnishing my wages, I immediately called the debt consolidation company and told them about the letter. They told me not too worry because they no longer own any outstanding loan anymore and they had no grounds or reason to garnish my wages. It turns out they had been garnishing them for a week already even though they no longer own my student loans and my consolidator does. For three weeks they have been taking money out of my paycheck because they have lied to a judge about my loan that they haven't owned for over a month now! If they want to help you tell them no and go through a consolidator. Never ever deal with them, just get a lawyer!
