I have worked with many employees at Pinnacle 3 Learning to schedule CAPM BootCamp Training. Due to scheduling conflicts with my employer, I had to reschedule my CAPM training a few times. Each time it took several attempts to get response from Pinnacle 3, but they were very helpful in rescheduling. They even offerd to send me to Chicago and pay for travel expenses. After reading some reviews via the web, I am glad I did not choose to do this. In October 2013, Mr. Clark Smith contacted me to inform me 3 days befoe my scheduled bootcamp, Pinnacle 3 would have to reschedule due to the lack of enrolmment affected by the "government shutdown". (Should have been a red flag for me.) I had to cancel my scheduled exam, but Mr. Smith assured me Pinnacle 3 would reimburse me. To date (May 18, 2014) and many follow up calls and emails with Mr. Keith Brodie, I have not been reimbursed for Case #1280. I was re-registered for CAPM BootCamp in Indianapolis, IN for the week of June 7, 2014. I have been attempting to confirm this session before I schedule my CAPM exam, because I don't want to waste the $75 again and not get reimbursed by Pinnacle3, but now the direct lines that I had for Mr. Brodie, Mr. Smith, Ms. Ana Andreadis and Ms. Susan Nazarian are no longer in service. The toll-free line and company phone go directly to Voicemail, but no one returns my call. The Pinnacle3 Learning website is"down" and has been for several weeks. There is a form that I have completed that supposedly goes to mailto:[email protected], but no one has contacted me. As KimBux — Ohio included in that post, I too, will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. The Better Business Bureau website states that Pinnacle3 is not BBB accredited and has a rating of an F.
