I moved soon to xx Wilson Creek Blvd and I found out later that there is Bed Bugs in the apartment.

I spoke and send an email and letter to the Property Director Anju Verma and I did not get any responce of my email or letter from her.

She told me that she is not able to do more repair or anything.

I signed the lease on April 9,2014 and I received the keys only on April 11,2014.

When I came to rent the apartment on March 2014, they showed me very nice and clean apartment, not the same apartment that i received.

I sent them two Reminder but they still ignore it.

What should I do, and where I can make a complain?

I am not able to live in this apartment, and most of the time I spet it outside to avoid the bugs and the scratch that hurt me a lot.

Please help me and advice where to start.
