I don't think Pieper trucking is a scam, I think he is trying to run a business however does not havre the knowledge to do so.
First: Person needs a CDL and have some knowledge of the Industry.
Second : Person needs to be truth full on all levels to conduct normal day to day operations.
Third: Person needs to have Operating Capital to operate.
Operating Capital would mean having the ability to pay Employees on time and the right amount, and understand what paying by the mile means, plus knowing weather or not you have the ability to pay the agreed mileage rate.
Have the ABILITY to cover road expenses, for operating a truck, not living of advances
Reports like this protects people from getting hurt. I wish I would have read this before getting sucked in.
want top notch drivers need to have top notch trck record first, which is not the case here just look up Wisconsin capp.
So backing up the first complaint, I also did not fully get paid, and Mr. Pieper you are totally over head with your busniess.
I do suggest to the first complaint to file a complaint with Department of workforce development
