Boldly and adeptly he prevaricates, therefore, I must assume he either enjoys it or is on drugs and blissfully unaware. I have never come across a more talented liar! They do not have a license to move you across state lines much less internationally! They will do a ""slight of hand"" maneuver with the paperork and accuse you of not complying contractually. They immediately go on the defensive and blame the customer for all of their wrongdoings and shortcomings.
I can't complain about broken or missing items because it has been 73 days and they have yet to deliver my furniture! I paid them half up-front, and one day later, they hit my credit card (unauthorized by me) for half of the remaining balance. Their contract states that half be paid upon pickup and half be paid upon delivery. They will hold your belongings ""hostage"" until you sign papers releasing them from all liability and promise not to bring action against them for anything. Once again, this is to protect them from you, the bad guy, because you agreed to use their services. Their own business model states that they are a "" full service moving company providing exceptional moving services to valued customers like yourself"" they even tout ""superior services "" , and I quote. Mr. Johnson and Pick Up & Go Moving Internatinal don't know the meaning of the word. The only service you get from them is a thorough cleaning of your lower colon.
