In my opinion Physicians Choice in Libery Lake, Washington owned by Ann Gott took us down the "primrose path". The company is now located at 21980 E. Country Vista Drive Ste 200, Liberty Lake, WA 99019 but may have moved around a bit.
Our medical office was repeatedly plagued by lost claims, drop-the-ball insurance follow-ups, inaccurate patient billing, horrific communication, and an amazing lack of knowledge in many areas of insurance billing. We lost faith and revenue because of the above total problems.
In my honest opinion Ann Gott and Physicians Choice is shoddy and unprofessional. Further, to tout her business she incredibly uses old clients as testimonials who also got shafted by bad service. Ann Gott seemingly does'nt even have the sense or courtesy to remove folks who canned her service long ago. A medical office can find much better for their billing needs!
