Do not do business with Toby Oliver and Action Shooters. He hired me to shoot for him as a freelance photographer and failed to pay me for two jobs. The people at his own bank, after repeatedly trying to cash the one check he gave me, finally told me to take him to small claims court, which is my next step after reporting him to the Norwalk PD for passing bad checks and the three major credit agencies. BE WARNED!!! Stay away from Toby Oliver and Action Shooters.
