On September 5th I went to work for this compny for an agreed on amount. Just a few days later, Frances started telling me she couldnt afford me but kept adding to the list of things she wanted me to do for her, ultimately taking away from the things that were most important.
10 days after my first check was due, I find out that i should have been paid already so when i asked for my check there was all kinds of drama about how she didnt think I deserved my pay.
This is coming from someone who doesnt even know how to build a solar proposal (Frances)
So after that I got my check that was owed to me for one week. We all agreed on the course we were going to go on and 3 days later Frances is having a bad day and takes it out on me once again.
I had had enough of her verbal abuse so i walked out on October 1st
As of now, they still owe me 3360.00 and refuse to pay it stating i did not live up to my contract. There never was a contract. There was a proposal outlining a 60 day ramp up that Frances and Rex would not even honor.
After all of this, I spoke to Rex about my pay and he agreed to pay me, but has not done so yet and he wont return calls or emails.
The last he stated is that they had issues making payroll but he would get me something and then pay me the balance and in return i sent him all of the information he asked fpr regarding the status of the clients I was working with and P&L template he asked me to create.
I filled my end of the bargain why dont they?
Just one more shady solar company doing business in their backyard.
