This man strung us along for months! Told us we needed to wire money for appraisals for several homes along with fees! Appraiser never called after calling repeatedly to ask when the services would be done! We were then told he found better product and again stung us along until I was uncomfortable with responses from brokers he was contacting. Then told him we were looking into other services and requested reimbursement. He would not answer calls and finally told me it would take 7 to 10 days! NOTHING.... Reported to bank and under their investigation it was found there were NO funds available in account money was wired to! This man is a snake! Been in business for 40 years and am a builder who has worked for 100's of mortgages and this guy got me! He needs to be in jail!
