I purchased a 2005 Ford 500 on 4/19/14 from Phil Long Valucar dealership on 175 Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs, CO. I was under the impression that I was dealing with a reliable dealership and purchase a reliable car.
I had to take the car back for the 2nd time with the car computer stating transmission problems and the tech in the services department tells me that it was too cold.
The car will go into reverse but not drive and the service tech that is working on my car tell me they have no idea when it will be repaired, but let me rudely know that the company will not provide me with a loaner car.
I made contact with the manager once and he promised me that he would take care of it and nothing has happened. When I call him to get an update, my calls goes to voicemail and he will not return my calls.
I just wants the company to do the right thing and treat me with respect. Honor there mission statement that is so proudly have on their website.
