This person of Congo passport residing in Kenya and Congo poses as Seller Mandate for different miners. Bamenda Mines, and Butembo Carriere. Peter Mamba is the name he uses.
Peter goes by two different names Peter Mamba and also Peter Kasanganay and starts his scam by first claiming to be the Seller Mandate for these mines providing good discount rates to sell Gold Dore Bars to your Buyer/Refinery CIF. All 7% fees are paid by the Mining company. He then sends FCO, and a SPA contract and signs them with names of the mines. He then will start his scam once he has you interested, and will start to ask for advance funds for Hotel, Flights, Customs fees etc.
The story changes as he claims that he does not have funds to pay for changes in prices at export office and then sends fake invoices, commercial invoices etc. Then says he does not have money for a hotel and will not fly to meet you. Do not send him any funds as it is a scam and we were lucky enough to get his passport copy which is listed here so do Not do business with this person or mining companies.
He also uses these phone numbers, and also is on skype under peter.mamba1 and Peter.Mamba.
