I started out with this firmed in 2010 with a consumer's debt of approximately $23,000. I paid on time thru my bank account $290 each month and this is for a period of five years. Persels & Associates written me a letter May 14, 2014 in regard to change of administrative services provider. I had to respond no later than June 19, 2014, to transfer my account over to Global client solutions or my service will be cancelled. May 21st, I faxed them all of the papers they had sent for me to sign and on the fax cover sheet I checked, urgent, for review and please reply. I never heard from them. June 17th, I faxed the same paper work to them again and I after the 19th I decided to call because I still had not heard from them. When they called I was out of town and they didn't attempt to call again. I noticed my my escrow account was $792 but I thought since I now owe such a small amount, approximately $3, 525, that they were going to pay more for the remaining 6 creditor that's left.
Well I just arrived Home today from out of town and noted a letter from them with a check inside for $792 saying my account was cancelled. I called them to find out why and they told me because I forgot to date 5/21/14 on the dedicated account agreement and application form at the top (I had put the date on the bottom I mistakenly overlooked the top part where it said date). No one attempted to reach me between 5/21/14 to 6/19/14 until I called them afterward and happened to miss their call. On the machine she just said I just returning your as if she was call to see what I wanted instead of saying there are some things I need to discuss with you concerning your application. They put me on hold pretending to see if they can get me reinstated and they came back with the reply, NO". They have the nerve to advertise, "A National Law Firm Dedicated to Consumer Rights.
