Permaculture Institute of North America Reviews

  • Apr 28, 2014

The Permaculture Institute of North America is a scam orchestrated by people who make their money teaching permaculture and are totally scared of competition. They're trying to create a scam standard so that they can decide who can and who cannot teach permaculture, and what should be taught. Their goal is to limit the number of teachers who are able to spread this knowledge, and thus keep high the overall cost of the courses.

The founder of Permaculture, Bill Mollison has been very clear in saying that we need to get this wisdom out to as many people as possible. He has also been very clear in saying that anyone can teach permaculture design classes once they have completed a class, without any crazy ""teacher trainings"" or any other requirements.

Here is a video by Bill Mollison debunking this ridiculous scam: youtube.com/watch?v=7r5hYa_rEp0

""A lot of teachers, at least more true of Americans anyway, don't want anyone else to be a teacher.....right. They think, they're a teacher, your an inferior object so they'll do anything they can to discourage you from teaching courses. It's cause they see you as competition which we don't see you as, we see you as a little bit of assistance. (laughter)"".

Just say NO to the Permaculture Institute of North America SCAM, because permaculture shouldn't be available only to those who can afford to pay thousands of dollars. No one should own or control this information, and certainly not a few people who profit by teaching. This is a SCAM - buyer beware.
